The location is brilliant, very central and close to many sights like Buckingham Palace, Kensington, and Chelsea's outstanding shopping and dining establishments. It is also convenient being on the Piccadilly Line of the tube, making it easy to get to Piccadilly Circus....

It is hardly acceptable in a hotel of this category to have no room service after 11pm, ( at 11.15pm to be precise...) even not a sandwich...

The staff was very friendly and helpful....Always remembered my name and reconized the members of my family whenever they arrived.
I did not study my invoice until I arrived in Florida.....There was a 17.50 charge for wine from the Mini bar.....I Never took as much as a peanut from the mini bar....Did not want to call and add an overseas charge....so I let it go.....

The restaurant at The Capital Hotel served excellent food, and we both enjoyed delicious dishes. The location was surprisingly quiet and convenient, as Sloane Street was within walking distance.

The managing team are wonderful people. All the working staff are very helpful and friendly. We feel that we are at our home in London .
We only need more Arabic channels and to increase the wifi capacity becouse it's sometimes cutting off connections .
